It's titled "Requiem For The City". Signed by artist, John Chious, in graphite along the bottom edge (see photo). This piece will make a stunning addition to any modern interior setting. Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 31" tall x 24" wide. The visible artwork, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 24.5" tall x 17.75" wide. Condition: The artwork appears to be in very good condition - there are no rips, holes, tears, creases, scratches, repairs, fading, etc. The wood frame is structurally solid, and has light wear that is consistent with age and handling. There is a wire hanging mechanism attached to the reverse side of the frame for display purposes. Displays very well!
