Vintage 1960's 1970's California Sophisticates Black Maxi Dress Tight Wiggle

Description: Vintage 1960's 1970's California Sophisticates black maxi dress with shoulder buttons. Definitely sleek and sophisticated. High ruched neck, back zipper and tulip style skirt. I think it's a polyester knit. In great vintage condition other than the sleeve hems need securing and below the zipper needs a few stitches to secure. The bottom hem looks like it could be secured a little, but not really noticeable. Or the dress could be made shorter. Looks like it was worn only a few times! It's been rinsed and line dried and has a slight perfume scent, but it's so light, it's not worth mentioning. When fully zipped, the zipper isn't wrinkled looking. Size 0 or 00 or XXS or XXXS. Please use measurements. The dress form is a size 2-4 and the measurements are 33 1/2" x 26 1/2" x 35 1/2" (lower hips) and the dress is snug and can't be fully zipped. Less
