Description: Offering this Vintage Porcelain Enamel 23" wide Gas Camper Stove I removed from my grandfather's Airstream Style Trailer recently. Here's the story : In the very early 1950's my grandfather built his own Airstream style trailer in Sourthwestern PA and promptly moved his family to Southern California via that trailer. Included in that trailer was this stove which they used to cook along the way, and later for camping trips etc. Any usage ended in 1964 when he passed so it has been unused for nearly 60 years now. It was hooked up from inside to a propane tank that was mounted on the exterior front of the trailer. Prior to moving, he had worked at Robertshaw Controls in New Stanton, PA so the knob on the stove says Robertshaw.....although I have no idea if they manufactured the entire stove. It has remained in that trailer at the home in CA since the 1950's until recently when I emptied the property and brought it back to PA. It is in nice vintage shape as shown and is 21" deep and 36" high. I know absolutely zero about it other than what I have stated. It is 4 burner and a drawer (maybe a broiler) and is light beige enamel color with a jadite green trim on front as shown. This is for local pickup in suburban Harrisburg, PA not far off exit 72 (Linglestown) of I-81 North/South. Shipping arranged and paid by buyer would be acceptable and I will try to facilitate.
