Description: I bought this painting for the frame. It's a simple, rather rustic, abraded, weathered frame that I thought would a MCM print would look great on it. And then there is this goofy, rather dopey, sleepy eyed clown painting in it which just may appeal to someone. It is an original Oil Painting on canvas covered board, a commercially produced artists board. Unsigned. Overall frame dimensions are 20.5" x 16.5." Inside frame dimensions are 18" x 14." Actual Painting size is just under 18" x 14." Frame moulding width is 1.5" and thickness is just a bit over 0.75." It's a fairly shallow rabbet. The frame has some abrasion and also was intentionally abraded for the effect. The Painting is in good condition with the occasional tiny splatter and minor spot of abrasion. Being sold in its lovely and charming as is condition.
