Description: Vintage 1950s blue/black skirt suit is hand made. Feels like wool with a black taffeta lining. Both pieces have small flaws and need cleaning, see description and measurements for each piece below. Jacket - 4 self-covered button front, rounded collar. Sleeves are possibly 3/4 length or for a petite figure. No shoulder pads. Light fading at the collar crease. Inner lining at underarm area has discoloration. Sleeve has a small vertical tear in the fabric near the cuff. Pit to pit - 19 3/4"Shoulder to shoulder - 15"Sleeve - 16 3/4" Length - 19 3/4" Skirt - Banded waist, side zip, A-line shape.
