Description: Vintage 1950s Genuine Alligator Purse 9” double chain Adjustable Strap Handle Estate purchased and a great little vintage hand/shoulder bag. It has some imperfections but looks great even with the flaws measures approximately 9” wide 2.5” width at the widest at the bottom and it graduates thinner towards the opening down to 1.5” a nice semi compact bag bit ample storage for items. it’s a velveteen type inner lining and some lifting and crack to the lining but nothing loose or horribly damaged (I’d use the bag) no odor and a nice statement bag. open main compartment and a very small zippered pocket flap hs a clasp closure and some light wear to the metal surface but still gold just duller in that spot and visible in photos. Where the top flap folds there is crease cracking and you can see it better in the photos. The lacing is intact but there is some separation at a couple areas where the gator cracked at the laces part but it’s still very much intact to use. The goldtone chain strap/handle slide adjusts on one end to extent the length or use as a double chain handle. extends to a 12” drop and down to a 7” double handle There is a small piece on one end that is broken through but it isn’t very noticeable when using the bag sells as photographed and described AS IS Ships USPS ground advantage with tracking
