Description: For sale is a 1950s 5" x 4.75" poster board advertising card that Conoco put on windshields to get business. While your car was parked they would wash your window, then put this under the windshield wiper hoping you would stop in. This ad came from Hot Springs, South Dakota. It came from a large box of travel brochures collected by a couple who liked road trips. They traveled from the late 1940s into the early 90s. They did a trip to South Dakota and this was in the pile. It is yellowed, especially on the back; some smeared ink and warping, bottom right; and a bent corner. Thanks for looking!
