Description: Vintage 1942 Animal Mother Goose by Ruth E. Newton #911 Whitman Publishing Co. I found this cute book at my Mom's house during her recent move. It must have been hers from when she was a youngster. I was thinking someone would really appreciate an 82 year old Mother Goose story book. It's in pretty nice shape, there's no writing or torn pages. There some moisture staining, but it looks lightly stained. There's some edge wear to the cover, the bottom and top edge have short splits. The right edge of the cover has a chewed up piece. The pages are embossed and have a really nice texture.
