Description: Wonderful vintage 1940s watercolor of a nice floral arrangement. painting on paper and framed in a cheap frame, Someone wrote the date and artist's name on the back but the painting has not been removed to check for signature- The outside frame measures approx. 12-1/2 X 15-3/8 inches the inside frame measures approx. 10 X 14 inches. Perfect for designers and decorators- Oil on board Floral- The painting is approx. 10 X 12-7/8 inches What’s wrong with it? The painting is in pretty good condition, and most likely includes but not limited to some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling. It could also use a good cleaning. The frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, dings, scratches, and paint loss, and it needs a good cleaning as well.
