Description: Vintage 1940s or 1950s Sequin Floral Crown Wedding Veil with Wax Flower detail Petals making up the crown are made of like a wire with lace on the inside and an iridescent flower shaped sequin. There are also wax flowers lining the ring / halo of the crown The tulle net veil portion will need to be steamed Fingertip length. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS: Length of shorter layer of tulle (I hesitate to say blusher layer since I don't now if you'd want to put that layer of tulle over the petals) - 30" Length of longest part of tulle netting - 35” circumference of crown - 17.5" WOUNDS FROM TIME: Tulle may have been replaced at some point - it doesn’t remind me of the cheesecloth like veil material of the 1940s… One of the wax flowers has a petal with a crease. One of the top petals has messed up interior lace. I didn’t notice anything else, but this is 70+ years old, so it is possible I missed something small. See all photos and video.
