Vintage 1930's-1940's pale green SILK blouse w/delicate hand embroidery & lace

Description: Feel femme and frilly int his delicate, soft silk nightgown-turned-blouse, circa 1930's-40's... This incredible piece is made of THE softest woven silk, in the palest of mint green hues. It has a Peter Pan style collar and wide shoulder yoke, plus full length sleeves. The center front button placket has a unique sash covering (to hide the button closure?). The collar, yoke, says and cuffs all are trimmed in a pale beige machine-made laces featuring floral themes. I love the detail of numerous pin tucks at the underside of the yoke, as well as at the cuffs (an elegant transition into more volume!). But, what I love the most is the hand-embroidered details; the sash is dotted with them, there are garlands of pink blossoms winding around the yoke, along with white bows and peppered white dots, and even more is echoed at the collar and cuffs. All the embroidery is done with silk thread too. The details on this blouse, from the seam edges to the button holes, are all hand-sewn/finished. No labels or makers marks present. The overall condition is excellent, with a few broken stitches here and there (not noticeable!) and a couple of very light brown streaks/stains at sleeve and a pinhead sized hole at sash. This piece was formerly a nightgown but had damage to the lower area, so I have modified it into a blouse. Please review photographs for full details.
