Description: Here we have a vintage 16mm film, on a steel 1200 ft (12" diameter) reel, nearly full. I played this entire film myself. It played fine, and rewound fine, good picture. Approximately 28 minutes long. It does have some vinegar smell, but not an overwhelming amount, and it is not twisting, but it is starting to get what I'd call 'faceting' when on the reel, so you can see it's not sitting perfectly round (see last photo). I don't know what the actual term is for that, but it does not seem to affect the performance. This one also did have an incident - I was watching it with my kids and the youngest touched the projector while running, which causes some mis-feeding, which did crease the film for a stretch, as shown in the second to last photo - but it did *not* break the film. Those creases cause the worst of the 'faceting', due to not laying perfectly flat. But it's not all the creases' doing. You can find this film on youtube easily, to preview it. This movie is from a large estate collection of vintage films. I have several films from shorts to full length movies - some silent. Up to 4 large reels per film. I'll be listing them slowly as I get them watched. I also have several movies that I probably can't sell here on ebay, due to restrictions. Let me know if interested.
