Description: This 13" tall composition Madame Alexander Kate Greenaway doll, made from 1938-1943, has a bright blond mohair wig, brown sleep eyes, and an open mouth with teeth. On her back she is marked "13". Her original outfit includes an organdy dress with attached slip, matching bonnet, cotton undies, socks, and side snap oil cloth shoes. She has both of her barrettes. She has been played with and has crazing and a bit of missing lip paint. Her hair is a little messy from being under the bonnet for years. Her dress, bonnet, and shoes are in poor, fragile condition. The dress has scattered shredded areas,one sleeve has a large tear, and the bonnet has two shredded areas. The shoes have wear and are missing their soles. See close-ups for damaged areas.
