Description: Working carb from 3hp Horizontal Shaft briggs engine. I have replaced diaphram, tank gasket, ran tap thru tank bolt holes, added new tank bolts. Still had a little trouble picking up fuel on cold start. Maybe if it had air filter attached it wouldn't. What you see in pics is what you will receive. Any questions let me know I'll try to answer.
