Description: US Military satchel of some sort. The top strap as seen in the last photo goes around the neck and the belt goes around, well, you know. I'm really positive that's how it's worn. I had it on and the strap that goes around the neck is made so it lays against your neck without biting in. 32-34" waist. Item is 13 1/2" x 16". 27" length overall. Opens sideways, fastened with military snaps that date back to WWI. It also has short straps on the inside bottom, my photo shows them as purple, they're really a blue.
