Description: This is a factory Ford optional Deluxe Pony Steering Wheel to fit all 64 1/2 -66 Mustang's. The chrome on the upper left-hand spoke is pitted and there is some rust spots (see picture). The horn ring is not broken like a lot you will find. The only other flaws are what is mentioned above under condition description. This can be easily restored and use AS IS and purchase a center horn button cap.
