Description: Brand new "Don't ask...NOYFB" patch. This "the truth is out there" patch is from the 22nd Military Airlift Squadron. The unit flies C-5 Cargo aircraft out of Travis Air Force base in California. Carrying out late night operations was part of the 22nd MAS mission. The MAS picked up classified aircraft from aerospace production plants in Southern California and delivered these aircraft to classified sites for testing and evaluation. When undertaking these missions the MAS crew would replace their everyday patches with this prize possession. The patch's simple black background and crescent moon perhaps represents the unit's night missions; while the silver border symbolizes starlight and the question denotes classified operations. The letters on the bottom of the patch "NOYFB" stand for "None of your F**king Business". Patch is 4 1/2" in length, 4" in width, and has a plastic backing. This patch comes from the book: "I Could Tell You Then You Would Have To Be Destroyed By Me."
