Description: up for your consideration is a vintage pair of Nettleton Traditionals model 0234 - Algonquin (splittoe) loafers in black crocodile (it looks more crocodile than alligator to me. I can't verify though). Shoe trees are NOT included. These are an absolute grail for me - an exemplary shoe proudly made in America before Nettleton factory closed down in 1984. They are size US 9 on the combo last of B heel cup and D width. They fit very standard, too. They have rubber solesaver applied for durability and grip. Once worn down, you can simply have a new rubber piece reapplied by a cobbler without even replacing the soles. As much as I love these, my super low instep doesn't allow me to enjoy them as much. Additionally, I'm downsizing my 300+ pairs collection. They are very good condition with very minor surface imperfections as seen in the last 2 photos.
