This note is very heavily circulated, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration, possible foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners heavily rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged/missing in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and many are very large and damaging); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss and surface damage exist); many scattered hole/inner tears and some are very large; many pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
