US SCOTT 68 Used - 2024 PSE Certificate Shows Erased Cancel

Description: Scott #68 UsedCatalogue Value as used $60Scott #68 Looks Unused, has OG and is hinged on back. 2024 PSE Certificate Number 01435957. I purchased this stamp in good faith on Ebay sometime in last year or so from Millburn Philately LLC. as MLH OG XF. I sent the stamp to Professional Stamp Experts and the certificate came back as an erased cancel. Now to me, it looks unused and fresh, but I do not have the equipment that PSE has so I have to take their word for it. It took almost 2 months to get this certification back from PSE and the seller would not give me a refund and blocked me. By the time I realized he would not answer me it was too late to leave negative feedback. I took quite a loss on this stamp. I think Millburn Philately was owned by a Ronald Ritzer and from what I can tell, the store is closed, he is no longer on Ebay and has been removed from APS. I am selling this stamp now at a price of $60 which is what a Used stamp value is in the Scott catalogue. Assuming it is used, the buyer may be able to send the stamp in to be graded as used which should result in a fairly high grade, or they may even say it is not used but that is up to the buyer. I will not sell for less. I will keep it if the stamp does not sell. This is a very attractive stamp and should not be destroyed.
