This is USDA buckle serial # 1865, a solid bronze buckle with a darkened background, made by Western Heritage Co., of Encampment, Wyoming, in 1982. It is in pretty nice condition as shown in the photos it does have some patina, and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.4 oz.
