Description: This sale is for one gallon of Universal Basecoat Binder for automotive base coats, 0 VOC, One Gallon SMR-0001 Mix with various toners to create base coat colors. Also use SMR-600 (separate purchase), base coat activator at 5% to increase base coat durability and adhesion. When SMR-0001 is used to create automotive base coats, it provides excellent metallic control and color stability. The contents of this package may have to be blended with other components before the product can be used.
