The fourteenth page years are the front side 1926-67, and the back side is air post, certified mail, air post special delivery, and special delivery stamps. The fifteenth page does not have a year up top but has parcel post, special handling postage, postage due, parcel post due, and official stamps, the back side is the state flags of the United States. The front has 8 stamps, and the back side does not have any stamps. The folder is from the year 1980 and is commemorative and special stamps. This folder contains 27 stamps.
