Description: Linda Steele created the baby Mary for the UFDC Convention in Boston in 1997. The hair is molded and painted with a tuft of hair (in porcelain) in the front. The artist's mark is on the back chestplate. Eyes are painted. There is a gold baby ring painted on one finger of a clutched hand. Limbs are porcelain attached to a soft cloth body. The baby wears white lacey tights and holds tiny rattles. I believe that both of these are add-ons to the original doll, but make it cuter without any damage to its originality. Thanks for looking.
