The instructions on one has torn a little bit when I pulled it out to take close up photos but I taped it back up and put it back in the bag. All pieces are accounted for and are included along with installation instructions. You have the option of installing with or without egress. They could be installed inside the window paint or on the exterior. I have these in my home and I absolutely love the flexibility. They give me while keeping my child safe.
