This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket is in good condition for its age. The book shows signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine edge fading, light soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight or no corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge light soil/age spotting, edge nicks, and yellowing/browning of pages. There is age spotting here and there within pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing, scratches, a few tears, light edge creasing, light soiling/rub soil/age spotting, inside tanning/browning, and light fading/rub fade. The spine upper front corner has tiny chip. The front top edge has a tear of about 1/4". The front lower edge has a tear of about 1/2". The front lower edge has a chip next to the outer corner. The back lower edge has a tear of about 1/16". Front inside flap tiny corner folds. Tiny edge chips here and there.
