Chrome slip on shorty muffler with 3" stainless steel tunable disk system fitting 2007-2010 Speed Triple 1050 stock header pipe (with 02 sensor under the motor not at exhaust connection (no o2 bung included) - Please message me if you have a 2007-10 with 02 sensor at the exhaust connection under the right footpeg). The Extremeblaster XB06 also can be purchased with a slash cap and 6) additional 3" plates (see below) for a more sport look and further quiet the exhaust to achieve smooth running capability similar too stock exhaust. The XB06 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with greater low end torque, response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for the shorter pipe. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Plates are set for a good balance of low end torque and top end power. Disk pipe delivers deep low RPM tone that is not excessively loud like most short aftermarket pipes. Pipe is ready to bolt on to stock header connection at right rear foot peg eliminating the dual under seat exhaust system increasing exhaust velocity for greater tone. Incredible superbike sound not found on any other aftermarket pipe today. Getting very good feedback on my other XB08SS tunable plate design, owners reporting hitting the rev limiter quickly with very fast throttle response and incredible tone. This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing.
