It is brushed aluminum, this rack includes elastic rope to secure the wake boards . The mount roughly measures 9" L X 5" W. The forks have black rubber grips on the edge and it roughly measures 8" L X 1 1/4" W. There are two mounting holes on the forks and each one roughly measures 1/4" , the mounting holes are roughly 13/4" apart. It comes with the hardware.
