I have graded the sleeve Very Good Plus. There is a new inner sleeve with a soft protective lining, as well as a thick outer sleeve. There is also a photographic frontspiece, just for a bit of fun. I like to do this as some of the images are wonderful but of course it is by no means an original sleeve, taken from and courtesy of Thunder In The Mountains.
