The Post Office has to try hard to damage my shipments. Unfortunately about one out of every couple hundred times they succeed. Shipping Costs I will always try to group multiple purchases in one package to reduce your shipping cost. Wait for an invoice if you win more than 1 lot. Feel free to remind me though, it never hurts. I attempt to ship 1st class when possible or flat rate small box.If an item is offered internationally it will ship through the Global Shipping program. I have no control over those shipping costs. Communication- To Me If a bidder wins a bid and has other items they are bidding on that have not ended yet just let me know. If payment needs to be delayed let me know how long. I have a policy but I understand things happen. If you are unhappy with an item or an item arrives damaged please contact me first before filing a case. I'm not concerned about eBay knowing there is a problem but they take forever to close a resolved case and in many instances delay the resolution due to the time frames they follow.
