Description: Will not work without a Toshiba phone system controller. Will not work on a plain phone line. DKT2020-S charcoal (aka black) phone. Tested on an Toshiba phone system prior to shipment. This model has a couple of notorious problems. (1) Handset doesn't work, i.e. can come off speakerphone. Handset cord will not stay plug into the jack, i.e. falls out. These phones have been checked and repaired if necessary. This phone will replace a DKT2010-H without reprogramming. The left column of buttons will work the same and the right column buttons won't do anything. Cleaned. Tested. 90 day warranty.
