The present fragment offered is the witness to various customs concerning its letters. It is in reasonable condition, but does have several small flaws too. The leather-feeling vellum is thick and worn (made from a Genuine Parchment). The scroll would have once contained other pieces, but is now just a fragment of text. It is handwritten in Hebrew.
