Notes primarily focused on the comics on the front side, so small tears might extend in the comics on the reverse side. These comics are old and tanned, but can be handled with ease. Some dates might be more tanned than others (left or right edge might be tanned more). Condition notes are predominately focused on the comic on the front side (comic featured for the auction). Margins on the reverse side is sometimes narrow. The color register is sometimes off a bit, but the printing really looks great with these comics. We tried to call out any dates with noticeable color register issues. Examine the photos to see how the comics look. Some dates have significant imprints from the reverse side. We define this as a raised surface resulting from the impression of text on the reverse side. Some dates have some slight ink transfer, but this is normally pretty minor. We also made some notes of some date specific issues (we tried to avoid making too many notes, and instead preferred to go the generalized condition notes above).
