The claims process may take up to two months so please do not expect an immediate refund. However, I will do everything in my power to make sure that no one comes out of a claim as a loser! If you are unwilling to work with me during a claim then DO NOT BID! Combined Shipping: The shipping for combined auctions will be based on actual rates.
