A year later, it was being renovated again. Mr. Charles Morton ran it for two years before retiring and having Vernon Dowsett step in as acting manager. It closed in 1914 to widen the street. With WWI, it stayed closed and the building was demolished in 1916. Condition: Item is an antique pre-loved piece of ephemera. Item shows some signs of wear and aging. See pictures. Damage to top corner makes a missing "v" shape when opened. Some soiling. Interesting piece of history that's hard to find. Item stored in poly sleeve. Ships with rigid protection.
