He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and has published numerous books and articles on the superintendency issues, magnets schools, truancy, reform, federal aid, standards, and many other topics. Lance D. Fusarelli is an Assistant Professor of Policy and Urban Education at Forham University. He recieved his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin where he was also a research consultant. He has published numerous articles on educational issues in the past few years.
