The MEN’S ADVENTURE QUARTERLY #11, the UFO issue

Description: This is a brand new copy of the full color edition of the MEN’S ADVENTURE QUARTERLY #11, the UFO issue, sold by Co-Editor Bob Deis (that's me). The MEN’S ADVENTURE QUARTERLY #11 reprints classic stories and artwork from men’s adventure magazines published in the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s that feature flying saucers, aliens and abductees. As usual, MAQ #11 has fantastic layout by co-editor Bill Cunningham and story introductions by co-editor Bob Deis (me) that shed light on the writers, artists and publishers. It also includes an article about vintage SPACE-SPLOITATION books by paperback maven Gary Lovisi and, an article about Terry Anderson’s cult TV show UFO by UK pop culture maven Jules Burt. On top of all that there’s an article about EC’s UFO Comics of the 1950s, the regular The MAQ GAL-lery (this one featuring photos of “Sexy Sirens” from vintage science fiction movies), plus examples of old MAM advertisements and cartoons. MAQ #11 is an 8″x10″ paperback with 150 pages printed on high quality paper.
