Burt Company has both a 1920 and a 1921 copyright. The book is in fair to good vintage condition with a mostly tight spine. I've photographed some random sample pages so you can see its content and condition. Please see photos for overall condition. 446 pages Book Condition Issues: Overall wear to all faces, edges and corners of covers. Heavy wear to base of cover spine. Tear in fabric on cover spine. Light soiling to covers. Inscription to previous owner on first page. Spine splitting after 2nd page. Page 151 has 2 very small edge tears along outer vertical edge.
