As far as condition goes, everything should be clear in the photos included in the listing. The crease in the lower left corner of the back cover goes through to the last couple of pages. The seller I bought it from had it marked as 4.5 VG+, and that seems about right. Obviously, that is not a guaranteed CGC grade; if you're looking for that, go search for a slab. The book will be in a bag and board and shipped securely in a Gemini mailer. I've been buying and selling through the mail for a long time (not always on eBay) and know how it's supposed to be done.
