Description: Not much is known about the Design Store we just know they sold quality copper, including by Mauviel. I gave my aunt two 3mm thick, hammered-finish saucepans with this stamp that are as gorgeous as anything. I wish I knew more about this store — I can’t find anything about it online, and I fear it went out of business prior to the Internet, so there’s not much available. If you know anything I’d love to learn and add information here. The store stamp is very simple — three lines of text, “The Design Store France,” with a separate “MADE IN FRANCE” stamp. This pan has been restored, retinned, and polished.
