Description: Cool vintage set of 1960's. This TeleStar banjo comes with it's original box. The box has some aging and marks but still decent condition. The banjo plays but is missing a string. The banjo has no wood and is actually made out of metal and has a wrap or paint wood graphic on it. The set was made in Japan by the Kawai / Teisco company and was probably branded under numerous names such as Norma, Kent, etc..Despite the missing string it sounds like a banjo Too a closeup of the area where the handle connects to the pan as I know some people like to see that for aging and such...or any bending. Might be a little.
