Description: Tektronix P7630 30 GHz TriMode Differential Probe MSO/DPO70000DX DPO/DSA70000D This is a new field replacement unit (FRU) probe. It is what Tek would send you if your probe failed under warranty. The P7630 was the original descendant of the P7520A probe and was designed for all the newer Tekconnect scopes. At the time the P7520A was being marketed as performing up to 25 GHz, with special software on the scope side to extend the bandwidth. Tek later tweaked the P7630 to perform at 33 GHz and called that the P7633, and tuned it down to perform at 25 GHz and called that the P7625. All three probes have identical hardware, meaning the P7630 will perform identical to the other two and MAY have typical performance higher than 30 GHz. This is a multiple item listing, all items are new. Some will include calibration datasheet as shown, and some won't. No accessories, as customers normally keep accessories when a unit fails.
