Description: Up for sale is a Technics SL-230 Fully automatic turntable. It has been fully serviced including cleaning and greasing of all moving parts, cleaning and lubing of pots and switches, total cleanup and a test and adjust. The dustcover has been buffed and polished using my 1001 step process. It looks very good - clear and presentable. The hinge tabs are intact and in good condition. Some light scratches may remain - I cannot always get them perfect. It looks excellent! Hinges hold the cover up with ease. A new belt has been installed. Installed is a Stanton 500 cartridge with a genuine Stanton stylus. It plays well and sounds great! The stylus has been cleaned and inspected under a microscope. This turntable is fully automatic, so it will start and stop a record automatically. Dont worry about falling asleep on the couch - it will return the tonearm and power off. It can also repeat an album up to 6 times. All feet are in place and in great shape. The bottom cover is also in great shape. Its serviced and ready to play your favorite records for years to come! I am familiar with packing vintage electronics and will make sure it arrives to you safely. It will be surrounded by styrofoam and other packing materials where necessary. Fedex ground insured.
