Description: New old stock fabric panel and waist band kit to make a tartan plaid pleated skirt. Product was made by Cloth World of unknown origin. The main color is red with yellow and forest green. There are some instructions and a supply list printed on the card. Which is attached to the waist band piece. The sizes are also printed on the card but you could cut this panel down to your preferred size. The pleated edge measures approx 37" and the length is 31". The waist band piece measures 35.5 long x 3.5" wide. Please see photos for the plaid scale. This item was very well stored. Free of stains holes and odors and ready for you to make into a finished garment. From non smoking home stored in plastic.
