[My what a wonderful treasure! Elizabeth Smart is known for creating biographies, or collections of letters that are partly fictional. Her "Autobiographies" is addictive reading and really funny! She participated in the TANKS project, but really needed the editor to get it complete, and indeed, the material is found art, so to speak, being a trove of scribblings and memories saved by admirers from a house she sold in Flixton England. Smart once took up a faculty position at University of Alberta, moved there from England "to the country that claims me". Once in Edmonton, she stated "why this is Hell - how shall I get out it?". She soon after moved back to England. ] Listing and template services provided by inkFrog
