The cel features Witch Hazel, a classic Looney Tunes character. It comes with a color print reproduction background. It comes from the Warner Brothers Vaults and includes the standard WB COA. This wonderful cel has been very creatively matted with special accents and framed as well. The overall size of the frame measures 16" x 13.5". NOTE: please excuse our poor pictures.
