The lithograph illustrates the dress of the following: a) Young Townsman, Bride, Young Townswoman b) Peasants c) Churchgoing Dress, Bailiff, Messenger d) Woman in Mourning, Chief Bailiff, Village Mayor The entire piece measures: 13-3/8" x 17" (34 x 43,2cm). This large sheet is folded in the middle. It was once bound in book form and bears evidence of this along the fold at the back, where the paper is thinned just below the centerfold seam, although when laid flat, this is not visible from the front. The page is tanned due to age but otherwise is clean and the colors are bright. There is no foxing (little brown age spots). Odor-free. Smoke-free. Overall condition is: VERY GOOD. VERY SCARCE find!
