Description: Here is a deluxe limited edition Bookend Set produced by DC Direct in 2005 for DC Comics. Sculpted by James Shoop from the designs of Ed McGuinness, it is a limited edition piece of only 750 units! This set is #404. Each side measures 8 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" wide x 6 1/2" deep. This set features the Man of Steel in a destructive battle against his clone nemesis Bizarro. While the opposite displays the Dark Knight fighting the experiment abomination ManBat. The bookends are used, I have had them on display in my office for a few years. Nothing is broken on an any of the statues, but may have slight wear on them from being displayed. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. Please see all photos. Comes with original box which is in good condition still, but has some water damage from the basement (the statues were not in it at the time). I also could not find the Certificate of Authenticity, so that will not be included with this set unfortunately.
