Stratocaster Copy Custom Made Maple & Mahogany Body Electric Guitar

Description: Custom Made Maple and Mahogany Bodied Strat Electric Guitar Includes: Guitar, Tremolo Bar & Case I purchased this beautifully crafted guitar online in 2008. Apparently, a skilled woodworker built this custom style Stratocaster. The back is two pieces of solid curly maple. The front is 3 piece maple with one piece being birds eye. The center of this guitar is mahogany. The superbly crafted pickguard and rounded backplate are beautifully figured maple. This electric guitar is a work of art. I had my luthier install a better quality aftermarket maple neck since there was a low grade rosewood board neck on it when I purchased it. I also had my luthier set up the neck and dress the frets. In 2008 it was set up with low action, but now it probably should be adjusted. This guitar shows quite a bit of playwear, some scratches on the pickguard but no major breaks or dings on the body. This is a very solidly built guitar. Internally the guitar has been hollowed out quite extensively for reasons unknown; possibly to make it lighter. I believe the electronics are possibly Squire or something comparable but I can’t say for sure; they don’t sound bad. Overall this is a great guitar for playing or admiring it’s beautiful woodwork. All electronics check out. The case's vinyl covering is peeling off but can be an easy fix. All feet, handle, and latches are working and in excellent condition.
