Description: Steven Correia Studio Art Glass Vase Iridescent Pink Zipper Pattern Vintage 1983 Description and Item Information Up for sale is this beautiful, vintage Correia art glass vase. Please excuse the glare in the photos. This iridescent art glass vase has a pink and gold zipper pattern. This piece stands approximately 5 inches tall; it has a maximum diameter of about 6 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 1 pound 4.7 ounces. This would be a wonderful addition to a collection of California studio art glass. Identification This vintage (circa 1983) vase was made at the Santa Monica studio of the American glass artist, Stephen Correia. It has engraved markings beneath, "Correia VMPPSL.3.83.1." Condition The vase looks great overall, with light wear and no chips or cracks. The base has fine wear marks. To the side, there is a fine 3/16 inch long white paint mark which I have not tried to remove. To the lower interior, there is faint water staining from use; I only noticed this when examining the interior under a bright flashlight. Minor variations in pattern and iridescence are as made.
